Lockwind and fundraising weekend at Cholmondeston Lock on the Middlewich Arm. 

You are welcome to bring items for sale/recycling including stamps, coins, ink cartridges and mobile ‘phones.

Enhancement Work Party on the Llangollen Canal.
Starting at Ellesmere.  If you are able to help, please ring Paul Mills 0151 336 1049 or mobile 07761 739439.  The work party is easily accessible by both boat and car.  All help will be greatly appreciated.

Welshpool Rally

Trailboats will launch from the from the slipway at Welshpool Town Wharf.
 Attractions include horsedrawn boat trips, craft stalls,
demonstrations, and WOW activities for children.

Maesbury Rally

Attractions include a Farmers’ Market, craft stalls, WOW activities for children, boat trips, guided walks, Morris dancers, and a hog roast with entertainment on the Saturday evening. 

There is space for about 40 boats (with overflow moorings at Queens Head) and bookings will be accepted on a first come first served basis.

Meeting of the Society’s Council
7.30 pm at the Red Lion Hotel in Ellesmere.  If you are planning to attend, please get in touch with a member of Council beforehand to ensure that the date, time and venue are unchanged.

Whitchurch Boat Rally
